What we collect
When you request a quote, book a consultation, or work with us on a project, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any project details, budget information, example websites, notes, or files you choose to share. During consultations and calls we may take notes about your business and goals so we can scope your project accurately.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to quote, build, and support your website. That means responding to your request, preparing your quote, sending invoices, communicating during the project, and providing support afterward. We do not use your information for anything else.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with us — your personal details, your business information, and anything discussed during meetings or calls — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes, and we never publish or expose your business information without your written permission.
To actually run the business, a small number of trusted service providers process data on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing and invoicing), Brevo (transactional email delivery), and Supabase (secure database and file storage). These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and may only use your data to deliver their service to us. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
If we ever want to feature your project in our portfolio, we will ask you first.
How your data is stored
Project data and uploaded files are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Only Dream Web Co. administrators can access customer records. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are handled entirely by Stripe.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email info@dreamwebco.dev and we will respond promptly. Note that we may need to retain certain records — such as invoices and payment history — where required for tax or accounting purposes.

Refund Policy
The 35% deposit is non-refundable
The 35% deposit required to begin your project is strictly non-refundable, with zero exceptions. Please be certain you are ready to proceed before paying it.
What the deposit covers
The deposit is not a holding fee. The moment it is received, your project is greenlit and work begins: your slot is reserved on our schedule, other work is turned down or rescheduled to accommodate you, resources are allocated, and kickoff work starts — discovery, planning, and initial design. That value is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, which is why the deposit is non-refundable from the moment it is paid rather than from some later milestone.
Remaining balance
The remaining 65% is invoiced separately and is due before your site goes live. Your website will not be launched until the balance is paid in full.
If you cancel
You may cancel your project at any time. If you cancel, the 35% deposit is retained in full. If work has progressed beyond the value of the deposit, we will invoice for the additional work completed up to the point of cancellation. You will not be charged the full remaining balance for work not performed.
If we cannot complete your project
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your project for reasons within our control, we will refund any amount you have paid beyond the value of work already completed. The deposit itself remains non-refundable only where kickoff work has been performed.
Questions
Email info@dreamwebco.dev or call 318-550-4974 before paying a deposit if anything here is unclear. We would rather answer questions up front than have a misunderstanding later.
Terms of Service
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern all work performed by Dream Web Co. ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship operating in the State of Louisiana. By requesting a quote, booking a consultation, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("you," "the client") agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not pay a deposit.
What we do
Dream Web Co. designs and builds custom websites. Services may include design, development, e-commerce and booking functionality, SEO setup, domain and hosting assistance, and ongoing support for the websites we build.
We do not edit, patch, repair, or take over maintenance of websites built by anyone other than Dream Web Co. If you have an existing site built elsewhere, we can build you a new one from scratch — we will not work inside another party's codebase.
Quotes, scope, and pricing
Prices shown on our website are estimated starting ranges only and are not offers. Your binding price is the written custom quote we provide after reviewing your project.
Scope is defined by your accepted quote. The quote states what is included — page count, features, and deliverables. Anything requested outside that written scope is not included and will be quoted separately as additional work. We will not begin out-of-scope work without your written approval of the additional cost.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Payment terms
A 35% deposit is due on acceptance of your quote. Work begins when it is received. This deposit is strictly non-refundable — see our Refund Policy above.
The 65% remaining balance is invoiced separately and is due before your website goes live.
Your website will not be launched or go live until the remaining balance is paid in full. We do not charge late fees; the site simply does not go live until payment clears. Paying your balance launches your site. It does not transfer ownership of it — see Ownership of work below.
All invoices are issued and processed through Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Ownership of work
Please read this section carefully. It explains what your project fee does and does not include.
When your remaining balance is paid in full, your website is launched and goes live. You get a complete, working, professionally built website, operated and maintained by us, along with any support included in your quote. This is what the great majority of our clients want and it is what our published pricing covers.
Payment for your project does not transfer ownership of the website. All designs, files, and assets we produce remain the property of Dream Web Co. We build, host, operate, and maintain the site on your behalf.
Ownership of your finished website can be transferred to you. This is optional, must be requested in writing, and costs more. The ownership transfer fee is quoted separately and is charged in addition to your project total. Choosing full ownership raises the overall amount you pay for your website. The fee must be paid in full before the transfer is completed.
What a transfer includes: you receive the finished website itself — the live, working site with its pages, design, and content — handed over for you to own and operate going forward.
What a transfer does not include: a transfer does not include the underlying source code, development files, build tooling, or the platforms and systems we use to produce our work. You are receiving the completed website, not the toolkit it was built with. It also does not include third-party components, fonts, plugins, stock imagery, or libraries that carry their own licenses.
Why ownership costs more: your project price covers a finished website that we build, host, operate, and keep running for you. Taking ownership is a different arrangement: the website becomes yours permanently, and our involvement ends entirely. We are handing over the finished product rather than providing continued use of it, and we give up the ongoing relationship the standard price is built around. The transfer fee reflects that difference.
If you take ownership transfer, our maintenance and support end. Once the website has been handed over, we no longer host, monitor, update, or support it, and we are not responsible for its operation, security, uptime, or anything that happens to it afterward. We also will not resume work on it later, because it is then a site maintained outside Dream Web Co.
Text, images, logos, and brand materials you provide remain your property at all times, whether or not you request ownership transfer. You grant us permission to use them for the purpose of building and operating your website. If you leave, your content leaves with you.
Your responsibilities
A website project is collaborative. To deliver on time, we need you to provide content, images, logos, and materials in a usable format; give feedback and approvals within 7 business days of our request; supply accurate information and respond to questions during the build; and hold the rights to everything you send us.
You are responsible for the legality and ownership of all content you provide. If you supply material you do not have the right to use, you are responsible for any resulting claims, not us.
Timeline pauses when we are waiting on you. Stated turnaround times assume timely responses. Delays on your side extend the delivery date accordingly.
Project abandonment
If we receive no response from you for 30 consecutive days despite reasonable attempts to reach you, we may treat your project as abandoned. All fees paid, including the deposit, are retained; we may invoice for any work completed beyond the value of the deposit; your project slot is released and no further work is performed; and restarting later may require a new quote and a new deposit.
We would much rather finish your project. If life happens, tell us — we will work with you. This clause exists for projects that go permanently silent.
Revisions
Revision rounds included with your project are stated in your quote and package. Additional revisions beyond that allowance are quoted individually before any work is performed, and you will always know the cost before we proceed.
Revisions mean refinements to work already agreed upon. A change in direction, new pages, or new functionality is new work, not a revision.
Timelines
Most websites launch within 1–3 weeks after kickoff. Larger builds with e-commerce, booking, or custom integrations typically take 3–6 weeks. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Timelines depend on project complexity, your responsiveness, and third-party factors outside our control.
Third-party services
Your website may rely on services we do not own or operate — domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, email services, and similar. We will help you set these up, but we are not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes, data loss, or discontinuation. Any fees charged by these providers are your responsibility unless your quote explicitly states otherwise.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing support is available for websites built by Dream Web Co. Any support included with your project is stated in your quote. Support beyond that is quoted separately.
We do not provide support for modifications made by you or by third parties. If someone else edits your site and something breaks, repairing it is billable work. Support and maintenance apply only to sites we own and operate. If you request and receive ownership transfer, all support and maintenance end at the point of transfer.
Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that we will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with professional standards. Beyond that, your website is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of all bugs, compatible with every browser or device ever released, or that it will achieve any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business result.
We make no guarantees regarding SEO outcomes. SEO setup means implementing sound technical foundations — it does not mean promised rankings.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your project is limited to the total amount you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. The deposit is retained in full, and any work completed beyond its value is invoiced.
We may decline or discontinue a project if the client is abusive, requests unlawful work, provides content we are unwilling to publish, or repeatedly fails to meet their obligations. If we terminate for reasons other than your conduct, we will refund any amount paid beyond the value of work completed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from work performed will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to new projects going forward — the terms in effect when you paid your deposit govern your project.
